Japón serves contemporary Japanese cuisine with a private Kyoto Room for groups. Jaya offers Indian, Thai, and Balinese dishes, including Tandoori Machi and Adraki Lamb. Ocean Grill provides Italian-Mediterranean seafood and grilled meats beachfront. The Lobby Bar has a mother-of-pearl counter and Japanese whisky selections. Weekend brunch includes caviar stations, Peking Duck, and free-flowing Louis Roederer Champagne.
